Today in Rome Pope Benedict XVI canonized Theodore Guerin as the 8th American Catholic Saint, along with three others from Italy and Mexico. Saint Mother Theodore Guerin was a sister with the Sisters of Providence at Saint Mary of the Woods, Indiana. Additional information can be found at the below links:
